These 40s era pleated front baggies get harder and harder to find, They are men's trousers, although I consider them unisex, since they look great on women too! These pants have a Hollywood waist, meaning no separate waistband, and dropped belt loops - these loops will accommodate a belt up to 1.25" wide. The pants front is pleated - there are narrow shaping darts front and back. Plenty of pockets - hand warmer pockets in the side seams, deep besom in back, one the button closure, and a small watch pocket inset at the upper edge of the right front waist. The pants were originally cuffed - the cuffs have been let down, although there is still a 2.25" hem inside.
SIZE: No size label. The waist could be expanded by up to 2.5" with a minor seam alteration

CLOSURES: A flat metal hook & bar-type closure at the waist plus a 9" metal zipper
CONDITION: There are two faintly visible lines at the bottom of each pantleg - see closeup. The upper one looks like a fold line to me, where the fabric was folded up to start to form the cuff. The lower one looks more like a wear line - perhaps where the edge of the original cuff was. I also found two small wear holes - the one shown in closeup is just below the waist, near the left side pocket. The other is slightly bigger, and is on the right pantleg near the bottom. No other issues noted.
